Jill graduated from the University of  Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Administration with a concentration in Paralegal Studies and holds a Paralegal certificate from Alvin Community College. She is a native of Brazoria County, Texas,  and a member of the State Bar of Texas, Paralegal Division.
